Privacy Policy for Plinth Technology LLC
Plinth Technology LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the website plinth.technology and the TickrDash application for tablets and smart TVs. We are committed to protecting your privacy through an intentionally minimal data footprint. This Privacy Policy outlines the limited information we collect and how it is securely handled.
1. Information We Collect
We believe that the safest way to protect user data is to avoid collecting it in the first place. As a result, we only collect the bare minimum required to operate your account:
- Email Address: When you create an account or log into TickrDash, we collect your email address. This serves strictly as your unique user identifier to manage your account and sync your subscription status across devices.
2. Information We Explicitly DO NOT Store
To guarantee maximum data security, we completely outsource authentication and payment processing to industry-leading providers.
- No Passwords: We do not collect, store, or manage user passwords. TickrDash relies entirely on secure third-party authentication protocols via Sign in with Google and Sign in with Apple.
- No Financial or Payment Data: We do not collect or store credit card numbers, billing addresses, or transaction details on our servers. All subscriptions and billing updates are managed securely via a complete redirect to Stripe Checkout and the Stripe Customer Portal. Your payment interactions occur entirely on Stripe's secure infrastructure.
3. How We Use Your Information
Your email address is utilized solely for the following purposes:
- To authenticate your identity during login.
- To link your subscription tier (e.g., Monthly, Quarterly, Annual) to your active TickrDash layouts.
- To communicate critical account status alerts or technical updates.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your email address with third-party advertisers or data brokers.
4. Third-Party Services
Our platform interfaces with trusted infrastructure partners to provide core application features. These services handle data according to their own strict privacy policies:
- Authentication: Google Identity Services and Apple Authentication.
- Payment Processing: Stripe Billing & Payments.
5. Data Security
Because our server exposure is limited strictly to user email addresses and basic configuration states, our regulatory data risk is exceptionally low. However, we still maintain standard cloud-native protection policies to prevent unauthorized access to your account identifier.
6. Your Rights and Access
You retain complete control over your limited data footprint. You may request to review, update, or permanently delete your account and associated email address from our database at any time.
